Mountain Dew Paintball

If you are seeking new way to express yourself through street art, or if you just something to do during your holiday – may we then recommend paintball graffiti? Now you are probably thinking that sound both expensive and time consuming, and the answer to this is probably yes, but the result is worth the effort! This new activity is invented to the new Mountain Dew viral campaign, where the American soda is to be branded just as fresh as this new art form. The two artists behind the work is known as the Graffiti Kings and the three pieces (Johnny Knoxville, Dave Grohl and Mountain Dew) can be seen in The Leake Street Tunnel in London. If you have been caught by this new art form then you should check out the campaign application and participate.

Canada Wonderland

As a part of Canada Wonderland Parks 30th birthday artists at Toronto-based Tantrum Design has created one of the most spectacular 3D projection mappings seen in a while. If you are a frequent reader of this blog I’ll know that we love 3D projection mapping, but compared to other projections we have seen (even our favourite: the Orloj tower in Prague), this projection is a masterpiece. The “canvas” for this projection is an entire mountain, and the mountains rough, uneven surface gives a spectacular visual impression.
The projection takes 10 minuets so get comfortable.

Hussars

Perhaps the best looking trailer this year is for the big French movie ”Hussars”. The movie has it all: blood sweat and tears. The classic drama between two brothers fighting over the same woman is happening during one of Napoleons campaigns. Bullets will fly in the cinema and we recommend that you see this great film on a Tuesday.
